DV-2013 Application Form.

The DV-213 visa lottery web site will open on 04th October 2011 and the DV-2013 application forms will be available for applying and it will be closed on 02nd November 2011 after accepting E-DV entries for a period 30 days.

There are plenty other web sites that are offering this application form as the original one and at the end they will want to charge you a fee to submit the content to the original web site, when it is open.

Application form is officially known as E-DV entry form for DV-2013 visa lottery program.

If you are an unmarried person then you will get only one part.

If you a married person then you will be provided with a second section for your spouse.

If you are a married person and have eligible children along with your spouse then you will get the second section for your spouse and each of your children.

American legal system accepts only one spouse for a person and if you are married to more than one spouse you will not be allowed to enter your other spouses.

You must show your digital photo file path in the application form to send the digital photo with your application form. Like wise you must show the path for the digital photo files of your spouse and all the children.

If the photo file size is greater than the allowed photo size, then the form will be displayed again for you to correct the photo size and resubmit it again.

Also all the fields in the application form should be duly filled other wise the form will n ot be accepted and will be shown back with the necessary requirements. There is a time limit of 60 minutes is fixed for the application form and the applicant must fill it and submit it within the given time. Other wise you will get a "session expired" message and have to download a new application form to submit again for the green card lottery.

The State Department of the USA requests all the applicant's to submit their entries early as possible as they may find it difficult during the program closing date.

The E-DV entry form can't be saved in the computer and used to submit it later.
