Green Card Lottery Photos.
Green card lottery applicants must upload their individual photo in digital file format along with their greencard lottery application form. DV image photo must be taken within 6 months of the application date that you are going to apply. It can be a digital photo taken by a digital camera at the 600 Pix X 600 Pix size. Black and white or monochrome photos are not accepted for the DV 2013 green card lottery program.
